Coaching

What it’s all about:

1:1 weekly 45 minute virtual coaching sessions where you get to dive into what is holding you back and explore what tools you need to move forward.

My coaching is completely customized to each client. Each session can look completely different and depends entirely on where you’re at and what you need. I also create and provide relevant resources along the way.

Some resources include:

  • Customized and/or guided workouts (for home or gym)

  • Nutrition plans and handouts

  • Guided meditations

  • Journal/Reflection Prompts

  • And more!

In each session, we will explore your successes over the last week, discuss areas that felt challenging, explore mindsets and habits that may be stalling your progress, dive into the root issues, and then set truly attainable goals for the coming week.

Additional Support & Accountability:

My coaching program also includes access to me Monday-Friday via text or email. Whether you need a pep talk, an extra push, added accountability check-ins, have general questions, need additional resources or suggestions, etc…I’m here for you! It’s like having a coach in your back pocket!

*Coaching is a 3 month long commitment. With an option to continue month to month if requested.
